INDUSTRIALIZATION IN NEW CONSTRUCTION
New Construction requires the industrialization of the sector in order to become a reality.
To industrialize construction is to transform the sector from the construction process, contributing decisively to its scalability, energy efficiency, productivity and creating jobs for new talent.
The contribution of industrialization to the New Industrialization is a common and collaborative objective involving construction companies and professionals, joined by others of new technological generation as well as the administration and society as a whole.
The industrialization of construction is a response to the demand of a society that urgently requires agile, different and sustainable solutions that adapt to the new way of living, feeling and inhabiting spaces in the new time we live in.

THE LEADERSHIP OF NAVARRA
The cluster is a Navarrese organization that must lead the industrialized construction movement in Spain in coordination with the rest of the transforming agents.
Navarra’s extensive experience in the field of industrial innovation as a driving force in sectors such as the automotive, food and renewable energies, has made Navarra an ideal place to carry out this mission.
Our experience is further endorsed by the construction sector itself, which meets the highest standards of knowledge, professionalism and entrepreneurial skills in the country.
The leadership of the Cluster is a leadership shared in a necessary way with the Government of Navarra and the Central Government, which act as facilitators and promoters of the general mission, providing it with the necessary means to carry it out. An example of this is the creation of the national BAI center in Navarra, founded by both governments, which will be essential in the research, training and prototyping of the industrialization process that we are going to carry out.
