We had the pleasure of receiving the visit of Iñaqui Carnicero, general secretary of Urban Agenda, Housing and Architecture of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda of Spain and Patricia Fanlo, University, Innovation and Digital Transformation of the Government of Navarra.
First we visited the company Viguetas Navarra in Barásoain, recognized for its unique robotic facilities and its commitment to industrialized production processes through RDI to develop innovative technical solutions.
Later we moved to Mutilva to visit the works of 39 industrialized houses in Nasuvinsa, built by A. Erro and Eugui with wooden structure from Egoin, intended for public hire. This promotion, framed in the foral plan of rent protected Navarra Social Housing, stands out for its strategic bet on the use of wood with structural functions, becoming the second residential building in Navarre built in wood in height, which only exceeds another promotion that Nasuvinsa is running in the Pamplona neighborhood of Azpilagaña, not visited for agenda
After the visit, the iCONS Board presented the progress of the cluster and the testimonies and status of companies.
Finally, the day continued with the meeting at the Palace of Navarra for the launch of the Fundación Building Architecture Institute (BAI), of which iCONS is a patron.
